Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 / Hour including shift differential
Shift:

• Sunday: 8:00 am to close
• Monday - Wednesday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am to close

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effectively follow all established policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Utilize load and stop-order loading cards, temperature consideration, and weight distribution.
• Case pick and palletize orders, sort, tag, and temperature check freight.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and instructions.
• Use bulkheads and load locks when loading & unloading less than truckload (LTL) temp-controlled local, long-haul delivery, and shuttle route trailers.
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trailers and within the storage facility.
• Receive temp-controlled freight from company trailers and outside carriers.
• Follow SOP when handling over, short, and damaged freight.
• Perform basic warehouse cleaning and forklift equipment maintenance tasks.
• Professionally interface with other employees and the public.

Experience, Abilities & Qualities Required:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Knowledge of bill of ladings and other shipping documents.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reliability, commitment, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Work with limited assistance/supervision.
• Previous forklift experience and become newly recertified.
• Computer experience a plus. (spreadsheets & data entry)
