Position Objective
As a Material Handler at Level 3, you will inherit the responsibilities of Levels 1 and 2 while incorporating additional key components essential for the efficient flow of raw materials within our organization. In addition to proficiency in the use of pallet jacks, carts, tugger, Wave Runner, and forklift equipment, Level 3 Material Handlers must hold training and certification on Wave Runner and forklift equipment. This role requires experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), with a focus on conducting transactions within raw material storage and staging locations. Level 3 Material Handlers also play a pivotal role in stocking received materials and supporting inventory auditing when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities
- Delivering raw materials utilizing various equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, tugger, Wave Runner, and forklift.
- Verifying inventory on carts before material transportation.
- Conducting material transactions within raw material storage and staging locations.
- Matching Kanban/Move orders to parts brought for delivery.
- Training and certification on Wave Runner and forklift equipment.
- Stocking received materials and ensuring proper organization.
- Supporting inventory auditing processes when required.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse details such as FIFO (First In, First Out), lot control, and 6S maintenance practices.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the overall efficiency of material handling operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 25+lbs continuously.
- Basic understanding of material counting and weight scale counting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Proficiency in using pallet jacks, carts, and tugger equipment.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Oracle.
- Ability to conduct virtual material transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Training and certification on Wave Runner and forklift equipment.
- Extensive experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Familiarity with standard warehouse practices including FIFO, lot control, and 6S maintenance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
