As a change management consultant, youll build an overall picture of your clients current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Youll use discussions and workshops with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience with Change Management
Experience with coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups
Experience with financial management and administrative activities, including budgeting, resource planning, and task and project reporting
Experience with reviewing change requests and providing assessments
Ability to perform complex evaluations of project procedures, processes, techniques, or contractual issues with required reports and solutions for large scale projects
Ability to prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
Bachelors degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework implementation
Ability to drive change across organizational boundaries
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
