MDS Coordinator

Edgewood Manor of Lucasville team is looking for a fulltime MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN

Primary functions

* Complete accurate assessments. MDS care plans as assigned

* Monitor audit clinical records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

* Maintain and update all assessments and care plans

* Initiate care plans and supporting activities as assigned

* oversee and report to DON all aspects of MDS

This is a full time position Monday through Friday with some evening and weekends as necessary.The MDS coordinator will assist in meeting federal, state and certification guidelines. The MDS coordinator assures the timeliness and completeness of the MDS, CAA's and Inerdisciplnary Care Plan.
