Required Skills & Experience
o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET Accredited University
o 5 years of experience in construction or facility maintenance field
o Ability to complete WENG 400 and 519 (life cycle cost estimating course), WMGT 322 and 423 (project planning course), and WTSS 200 (estimation process course) within the first 12 months of being hired
o Microsoft Office applications experience

- Prior Military
