Mechanical Engineer - Senior

Salary Range: $134,548 - $183,000

Research, design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific us in the RDT&E environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Support all phases of missile flight test planning and execution.

Monitor and track progress of all preparation activities, providing written updates on planning scheduling, status, readiness and other significant test preparation activities and milestones.

Identify potential problems, deficiencies, delays, or issues and make recommendations for solutions, options, or corrective actions.

Attend engineering reviews, test coordination groups, and planning meetings as required for test planning, test data collection, test readiness reviews, test execution, and technical support.

Develop training material to support training topics, assist in the development of training aides, facilitate and support training.

Assist in the development and preparation of RAM system and process training material.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 20 plus years of relevant experience.

Must have a government TS security clearance and be able to maintain that clearance for the entirety of employment.

This position is not eligible for telework.

Must have experience that is applicable to U.S. Military or U.S. Government applications within one or more of the following areas: System Engineering, Test Engineering, Transition Engineering, Management Analysis, Training services.
