Mechanical Plans Processor (Regulatory & Economic Resources)

1)Possess a current Master General Mechanical Contractor license issued by the Miami-Dade County Construction Trades Qualifying Board and have 5 years of field experience under that certification, or combined experience with an Air Conditioning Contractor (Limited or Unlimited) issued by MDC, or with an Air Conditioning A or B Contractor license issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board; 2)Possess a current State Certified Mechanical Contractor license issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board and 5 years of field experience under that certification, or combined experience with an Air Conditioning A or B Contractor license issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board, or with an Air Conditioning Contractor (Limited or Unlimited) issued by Miami-Dade County; 3)Possess a current Florida Professional Engineer license obtained through examination in the mechanical discipline and have 5 years of experience under that license; 4)Possess a current Florida Professional Engineer license and have 10 years of experience under that license; 5)Possess a current Broward County Master Mechanical license, have 5 years of field experience under that license, and have applied for and received reciprocity for a Master General Mechanical Contractor license from MDC.
