- Manage and coordinate various meetings, including the preparation of minutes, action logs, risk registers, etc.
- Monitor project scope and proactively address any changes, effectively communicating updates to the leadership team.
- Develop and disseminate various reports, including schedule updates and progress reports, to the leadership team.

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the development, engineering, and delivery of energy transition assets. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated professional who thrives on coordinating activities within the realm of large and complex projects. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for orchestrating the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases of projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, to ensure timely completion of activities while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental principles, advocating for safety within the project team.
- Coordinate project execution efforts among company resources, contractors, vendors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans, budgets, and schedules, meticulously tracking project performance against established metrics.
- Manage and coordinate various meetings, including the preparation of minutes, action logs, risk registers, etc.
- Monitor project scope and proactively address any changes, effectively communicating updates to the leadership team.
- Develop and disseminate various reports, including schedule updates and progress reports, to the leadership team.
- Oversee deliverable review processes and diligently track the closure of action items.
- Prepare bid documentation for engaging contractors and vendors, leading bid evaluation and selection processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project engineering for process industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in coordinating work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process industry projects, pipelines, or environmental permitting is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to job sites, contractor offices, or offices in Denmark and Houston, Texas, may be required.
