As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you’ll get to:
- Perform high complexity testing including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent (must receive MLS certification within 6 months of eligibility)
- or
- Bachelor’s degree in approved Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc) and currently possess certification from an accredited agency (ASCP) MT/MLS/BB
- State licensure as required by regulations
Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience meeting Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist educational requirements
