About The Role:

The Experience Coordinator acts as a point of contact for tenants and customers to build lasting relationships and create vibrant spaces. This role will implement the defined tenant experience strategy for the property, under the direction of the Experience Manager and the support of the Host platform.

Based on the approved asset experience strategy and scope of work, the position will implement Host by CBRE's people-led, technology-enabled services, to seamlessly connect tenants to their everyday workplace needs.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive consistent, extraordinary customer experience through high touch services for a building, campus, or portfolio, with the goal of ensuring that the experience, operations and services align with client needs and objectives.
  • Services include, but are not limited to: Community Programs, Guest Relations, Meeting & Event Management, Amenity Management and monetization, Activations, Vendor and partner management.
  • Manage the master events calendar, confirm event requirements and ensure operations partners fully understand requirements through management of communication channels, briefing and planning meetings.
  • May provide reporting and insight to clients and property teams to improve product and service delivery. May supply site specific content for Host Digital.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and minimum of 3 years related experience in real estate marketing and events, hospitality, airlines, high-end retail or customer experience.

Equal Pay Disclaimer

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Meetings and Events Coordinator is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Meetings and Events Coordinator is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
