Now hiring for a contract to hire Member Services Representative in Denver, CO

Training is 8 weeks fully-on site then transitions to fully remote

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30

2-3 rotating night shifts required weekly with the hours between 11:30am to 9:00pm

Compensation: $20-22 hourly dependent on experience

$1 increase upon converting to permanent with quarterly bonuses!

Start Date: August 19

Responsibilities:
  • Learn fundamentals of health insurance plans and pharmacy benefits
  • Take incoming calls from members, identify and resolve questions or issues that arise regarding the prescription benefit plans and plan coverage
  • Assist members in enrolling into appropriate manufacturer copay assistance programs to help them reduce their out-of-pocket cost for specialty medications
  • Provide member support to answer questions regarding insurance benefit information and the copay assistance program
  • Accurately document all calls


?Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience or call center experience- preferably from healthcare industry
  • Must be available to work three (3) evening shifts until 8:00pm and/or 9:00pm.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high performance standards.
  • Tech savvy with experience in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
