Carriage Crossing Senior Living in Bloomington is seeking a creative, enthusiastic individual to join our Life Enrichment Team to help create and lead activities for our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Our Life Enrichment program provides opportunities for people to participate in a variety of activities that will help them achieve goals that focus on maintaining independence and abilities to participate in all activities of daily living, as well as activities that support social, physical, spiritual and cognitive health. If you enjoy working with older adults and helping others engage in purpose-filled activities, making connections and helping keep others' abilities strong in the aging process, then you may be the perfect person to join our TEAM as a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant.

The ideal candidate for this Full-Time position will have experience working with older adults with a positive attitude, encouraging participation in group settings and 1:1 activity to increase their quality of life. 1-Year Experience preferred, but not required, in:

Schedule:

8-Hour Shift 9:30a-5:30p
