Summary
The Memory Performance Team is looking for a software engineering manager to lead its team of System Memory engineers. The team is responsible for making a difference in Apple's operating systems by optimizing memory used by the software stack. This is a highly collaborative role involving leading a team but also working with software and hardware engineering leaders to drive memory improvements. We are looking for a strong leader to join and lead this amazing team.



Description
The ideal candidate must be technically strong and will be expected to provide technical direction for the team. The responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of high-performing engineers in an innovative and dynamic environment

- Driving all aspects of technical development related to memory tools, memory diagnostics, and OS memory changes

- Collaborating effectively with multiple software and hardware teams, balancing the driving of issues with building trust with other teams

- Mentoring team members to achieve their best potential
