Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (Overtime available based on workload)

Are You Our Next Met Lab Technician?
As a Met Lab Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mining operations by performing field and plant metallurgical testing on phosphate rock samples. Your work will directly impact how we plan, manage, and optimize our mining operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hands-on work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct field and plant tests on core samples to support mining operations.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment, including core washers and flotation machines.
• Perform testing procedures on matrix prospect core samples to evaluate mining plans, operating conditions, and ore reserves.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal lab equipment performance.
• Collaborate with mine planning, engineering, and operations teams to provide accurate testing results.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently.
