Position Summary
The Manager of Patient Care Services, ARRMC CICU is responsible for the daily operations, recruitment and retention, quality performance and financial management of the CICU department. This role is also responsible for working collaboratively with providers and procedural/surgical areas to help maximize the volume and revenue this service line provides.

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), or Bachelors in related field completed within 6 months of hire, is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), preferred .

Experience

• 5 years progressive nursing experience including formal leadership; required. Preferable to area of specialty.

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
• CNML: Certified Nurse Manager Leader by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL), preferred .
