Responsibilities

• Craft innovative, premium-quality cocktail recipes that align with the brand and target audience, incorporating house-made syrups, bitters, and infusions to enhance flavor profiles
• Elevate the guest experience by providing personalized cocktail recommendations and incorporating interactive elements and creative presentation styles
• Train and educate service team members on cocktail crafting techniques, ingredients, and presentation to enhance sales and maintain high standards
• Ensure cost efficiency by monitoring portion control and waste management, maximizing profitability without compromising quality
• Continuously refine and develop cocktail offerings to stay ahead of trends and meet the evolving tastes of the venue's clientele
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality setting
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, including their origins, production methods, and flavor profiles
• Demonstrated ability to create unique and premium cocktail recipes that reflect current industry trends
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, such as muddling, infusion, and proper use of bar tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of creativity and consistency
