Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for product deliveries while communicating effectively with commissary team members to ensure timely delivery of products
• Serve as the main point of contact for all food and beverage operational areas and coordinate the dispatchin g of maintenance , facilities, and technology resources as needed
• Assist in the preparation and execution of arena events by coordinating logistical needs of food and beverage operations
• Create and maintain accurate records of product requests and dispatched resources
• Generate reports on the efficiency and effectiveness of food and beverage operations including periodic trend reports and identifying patterns of recurring requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in logistics , food and beverage, or a related field is strongly preferred
• High proficiency in point-of-sale inventory systems, office software, and other relevant technology
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
