Description:

HigherEchelon is seeking motivated Model Based Operations Research Analysts to support The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Systems Engineering Department (SED) team in Patuxent River, MD.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Apply scientific, mathematic, and statistical methodologies to the study and analysis of technological problems in relation to engineering and scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment.

• Use mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques, to design procedures and execute these procedures for: experiments, tests, and evaluations on weapons systems or equipment.

Required Experience:

• Recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering applications and technology.

• Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator.

• Experience with MBSE practices.

• Experience with how system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle).

• Requires experience with systems engineering and model-based methodologies.

• Experience with the use of SysML.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Minimum of an active Secret Security Clearance is required; Top Secret required for Senior position.

Education:

• Jr:

oTechnical or Scientific AS or AA degree.

o0-3 years of experience

• Journeyman:

oTechnical or Scientific BS or BA degree.

o3-9 years of experience

• Sr:

oTechnical or Scientific MS or MA degree.

oAt least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience.
