NA Field Service Supervisor

EMD Electronics is seeking a Supervisor for its North America Field Service team. The Supervisor will oversee Field Service Leads and Engineers working on systems at customer locations that maintain supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LED's, and Flat Screen TV's. The Supervisor will receive direction from the North American Field Service Manager and be responsible for cascading division goals, objectives, and directives to their area in gas, chemical or slurry systems. They will be accountable for the development, training, and certification of people, as well as execution of activities in the field. The Supervisor will also be responsible for the development of new business systems, implementation of services standards, provide customer solutions and work with commercial support staff. Act as key customer interface for departmental equipment service issuesCascades and supports organizational goals and objectives for the regional teamResponsible for regions being staffed appropriately to perform the scope of serviceHandles time approvals for direct reports, including corrections and excused absences in the time management systemExecution of the Basic Safety Process (BSP) program in their departmentDevelops and maintains qualifications manuals and assign mentorship to help achieve technical growth in their departmentCommunicates change in the department and accountable for change management across all regionsMonitor safety processes/requirements for the site (perform spot checks and audits of their services group)Escalate/communicate issues to customers / commercial teams as requiredFacilitates incident investigations and drives corrective measures to closure with urgencyMonitors department and field personnel based on key performance indicators The Supervisor will be expected to work an in-office work schedule, typically Monday through Friday 7-4 with some off-hour support. Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED5+ years internal experience on the Megasys Team or other Industrial/Semiconductor experience2+ years of leadership experience overseeing field service employeesValid US PassportValid driver's license with no infractions over the past 36 months Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a technical disciplineProficient with MS Office SuiteContinuous improvement experienceExcellent communication skillsExperience with gas and/or chemical delivery systems in ultra-high purity operationStrong technical aptitude Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900 Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.
