Description:
We are seeking a Channel National Accounts Manager to join our North American Commercial Sales Team at Fluke Corporation. As a Sales professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage key accounts in North America, delivering exceptional sales results and cultivating strong relationships with channel partners across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across a diverse set of channel distribution accounts
- Lead joint partner planning process to develop mutual objectives and financial targets
- Strengthen connections with important clients and implement strategic plans for revenue expansion
- Implement company channel policy and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity
- Establish productive relationships with partner accounts and coordinate company resources
- Meet sales volume targets and manage POS and Inventory data

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Channel Management experience in electrical/industrial/test & measurement industries
- Strong strategic sales and prioritization skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with people at all levels and create effective growth strategies
- Comfort with taking calculated risks to exceed growth targets
- Negotiation skills leading to mutually beneficial outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or marketing (equivalent experience accepted)
