Your role:

  • You support the E2E planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a highly dynamic environment.
  • You develop and deliver training and education programs aimed at increasing the skill set of the Customer Service Coordinators, provides quality & process assurance oversight
  • You perform CCC-Ops functions as staffing warrants and/or redistributing team daily workload based on staffing and volume in conjunction with Workforce Management.
  • You systematically apply statistical and/or logical techniques to describe and illustrate, condense, and recap, and evaluate data.
  • You proactively seek opportunities for improvements and may define and suggests strategies for implementation.
  • You provide continuous coaching, development, and training of team members.
  • You translate expert knowledge to non- experts and tailor messages to the needs of target groups.
  • You find the right level of advice - quantitatively and qualitatively and uses suitable media/channels.
  • You evaluate performance and identify areas of development with a regular feedback cadence.
  • You partner with peers within the Customer Care Center to ensure the consistent application of established processes as a unified team.

Your expertise:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a customer related role in a fast- paced environment
  • Have a high level of expert knowledge in Customer Care Center
  • Experience as a Team Lead in this organization or outside of Operations in a healthcare or medical device environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft functions, Excel ad well as some data analytics knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, people & change management
  • Ability to understand the situational leadership model and apply appropriately.
  • Ability to proxy for managers in business processes and RSM interactions.
  • Good presentation skills in the customer environment
-Position is hybrid, with at least 1 day a week required in the office

-Initial 3 weeks onsite, required for training & onboarding.

-15% travel annually for continuous training & education.

-Reliable internet capabilities.
