Network DevOps Engineer I - INTL - Ireland

An Insight Global client is looking for a Network DevOps Engineer located in Dublin, Ireland to join their network automation project. Resources shall possess strong coding and support skills at an early career level, Reduce alerts and tickets-volume, Land bug-fixes in Netgram workflows and Outage Automation and troubleshooting workflows, Supporting code used in Netgram workflows, Outage automation, Carrier maintenance, NetRunbook and other company specific tooling, Handover support framework of identified gaps in tooling, process and/or communications. They will Develop automated system recovery tooling by Prioritize alert failures and failures correlation, Aggregate failures to consolidated reporting for Cross-functional ("XFN") partner consumption, Enhance visibility where needed (AI Ops, PreProd vs Prod, Power, and more environments). They will also Provide incremental tool support growth within Edge Network Services ("ENS") Operations workflows newly developed would be handed over for support and Production support tooling planning to make EOSS on-call for atomic workflows in alignment w/ Repair Console. They will also be involved in data analytics by Continue to provide tool owner feedback on tool issues, Tag, Categorize, group all issues that are either automated recovery or manual recovery

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Development experience or back end software engineering background with experience in operations/deployment or DevOps
- Knowledge/experience is DevOps centric (python, version control, containers, code testing, continuous delivery, soft skills for continuous improvement).
- Strong SQL Experience
- Python scripting
- Experience with automation/ workflow automation of systems
- Ability to investigate issues, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, etc
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Networking experience or understanding of networking (route/switch or protocols TCP/IP etc)
