Network Engineer

An employer is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join their Professional Service Network Engineering team. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organizations network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, assess and address tickets, as well as a person with strong problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone to work hybrid in Albuquerque, NM or remote in Texas or Denver.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years experience as a Network Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Cisco Nexus Cisco
Firepower - Cisco Routing and Switching
• Hands-on experience with Arista and Juniper
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet
• Experience responding to tickets and troubleshooting
network errors
• Experience delivering firewalls and switches
• Experience configuring and installing network components
• Customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of cyber security
- Palo Alto experience
- Versed on both the server side and desktop side of network engineering
- Customer facing experience
