Network Engineer IV

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Network Engineer IV to join their team. As a Network Engineer IV, you will be part of the Network Operations team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Network Engineer IV

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Pay Range: $65-70p/hr

What's the Job?

• Plan and implement enterprise networks and related hardware and software
• Design and document network architecture
• Perform assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps
• Establish security (firewalls, intrusion detection), connectivity and access parameters
• Provide recommendations to optimize network infrastructure

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum four (4) years of Data network experience - Cisco and/or Juniper
• Minimum four (4) years of experience with F5 Load balancers
• Advanced knowledge of related industry specifications and standards IEEE, ANSI, Physical Media (Multimode Fiber, Single-mode Fiber, UTP, etc.), bridging, switching, routing, ethernet, and transport technologies and protocols
• Ability to perform duties in a very fast-paced environment and ability to learn new technology quickly
