Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - IV

Apex Systems is hiring a Network Real Estate Specialist in Rolling Meadows, IL to work a HYBRID schedule.
Onsite/in office every Tuesday & Wednesday
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Pay Range: 46-49.50$/hourly based off experience and background
Responsibilities: • Small cell real estate specialist with knowledge of Verizons real estate process • Tracking vendor management • Knowledge of FUZE required • Manage project budgets • Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team • Conduct deployment calls
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): - Knowledge of FUZE - Knowledge of telecom, small cells in particular - Knowledge of real estate practices
EDUCATION: Real estate experience
