Job description

Infosys is seeking a Network Systems Solution Architect - In this role you should have hands-on experience with working with various subdomains of Network operations include Field Dispatch, Service Management etc. . You will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. This position is based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Basking Ridge, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider
three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Telecom Network Operations domain mainly focused on Field Dispatch and Assurance Domains
• 5 years of experience in implementing Transformation projects for Telecom Network Operations Domain as Solution Architect or Business Consultant
• Experience in Managing Solutions in Safe Agile environment
• Experience in Database and Data skillset and Understanding in Network Operations domain

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Managing and Maintaining Business Relationships
• Strong Technology Understanding of systems and processes in Network Systems domain (Technology can be Java, Oracle etc. or Telecom products like ServiceNow, Remedy, Amdocs etc. )
• Exposure to US Telecom Network Systems applications, systems and business processes will be helpful
• Exposure to ServiceNow toolset and capabilities.
• Strong Experience in Transformation projects leading to System Modernization and using AI/ML based tools for Business Productivity

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
