Apex Systems, a Global IT Services organization, is searching for a Nexthink Engineer for a client based in Indianapolis, IN. This is a Remote role, with minimal need for travel. This is a long term contract, 1 year+, working in an enterprise environment. We are searching for someone passionate about automation, leveraging Nexthink to design, implement, and manage integrations into other platforms to solve business problems. See below for more info!
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain low-code automation with Nexthink Flow
• Drive Design, Implementation, and Integrations with Nexthink to other platforms
• Strong knowledge of API design, development, and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams regularly to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Utilize ServiceNow for IT Service Management and Workflow Automation
• Implement chatbot solutions using Nexthink & Kore.AI
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Experience in IT Service Desk Operations
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Familiarity with chatbot technologies
