Nexthink Engineer

Description:

We are searching for someone passionate about automation, leveraging Nexthink to design, implement, and manage integrations into other platforms to solve business problems. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain low-code automation with Nexthink Flow

Drive Design, Implementation, and Integrations with Nexthink to other platforms

Strong knowledge of API design, development, and integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams regularly to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs

Utilize ServiceNow for IT Service Management and Workflow Automation

Implement chatbot solutions using Nexthink & Kore.AI

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Experience in IT Service Desk Operations

Knowledge of ITIL practices

Familiarity with chatbot technologies

Primary Skills: 

must have Nexthink experience

Education: Bachelors Degree
