JOB DESCRIPTION

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties for the Staff Development Department maintaining education and health records for all employees. Assisting in the hiring process of potential employees prior to hire, orientation process of all employees, monitoring and maintaining education and health files.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active nursing license in good standing
• At least one year prior nursing home experience
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
• Computer and technology skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organizational and planning abilities
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and problem solve
