We currently have a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position supporting our Pediatrics department at our Cambridge practice. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will work collaboratively on a team to provide direct clinical care within an ambulatory, pediatrics practice to deliver comprehensive care and must possess the ability to assess clinical problems, determine priorities of care, design and implement a treatment plan and seek and utilize consultation appropriately. Clinical care includes pediatric primary care. We offer superior staffing resources, a fully integrated EMR system, and minimal call with 24 hour RN triage.

Education:

Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Must be nationally certified as an FNP, PPCNP, or CPNP, graduate from an accredited master's degree NP program and possess state licensure to practice as an APRN. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Physician Assistant (PA) - Must have national certification and Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensure as a Physician Assistant. NP/PA - Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.

Skills and Experience: Minimum of two years of pediatric ambulatory care experience, preferred.
