Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Nursing Supervisor for a full-time position for 36 hours per week (7p - 7:30a, every other weekend).

This position is eligible for our $17,500 sign-on bonus!

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor must possess knowledge and skill of Mental Health regulatory and accreditation standards, basic computer skills or willingness to learn. Responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of the facility during assigned shifts. Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision for all staff while on campus. Coordinates management of units and allocation of staffing resources. One year experience with mental health patients, preferably child, adolescents and their families.

Qualifications

Nursing Supervisor Requirements:

• RN - Registered Nurse, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Five years Psychiatric Nurse supervisory experience preferred.
