Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Residency Program Director, responsible for managing the daily administrative activities of the department's residency program. In addition, this position is responsible for the direct supervision of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program's residents-in-training on a daily basis, and serves as the primary liaison between the Residency Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education or a related field plus two (2) or more years of experience in the administration of educational programs. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be considered for the education requirements.
