  • Work collaboratively with engineers across the OE Manufacturing Engineering department on projects aimed at improving the performance, quality, and reliability of manufacturing processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, driving them independently to achieve key process improvements.
  • Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for enhancements in efficiency and product quality.
  • Develop and update supporting documentation, such as process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and implementing solutions to address production challenges.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share project progress and insights with engineering teams.
  • This position does not provide relocation assistance and housing stipend.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and technical reports accurately.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on assigned projects, as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to enhancing manufacturing reliability and performance.
