Office Assistant / Business Development Representative

Insider Exposure runs youth basketball events in Florida and around the country. Our company has been around for 25 years, so we are well known in the industry and have a proven track record for success. We are looking for individuals who love sports and basketball to join our team in recruiting teams to attend our high level basketball events.

We are looking for 1 individual who believes they can do this work starting ASAP.

The bulk of this job will be handling paperwork, like facility contracts, hotel contracts, working with our website developer to keep our website updated, update spreadsheets, possibly produce and post content to our social media accounts and contact club directors for info to keep us organized, contacting teams and coaches to get them to sign up for, register, and pay for basketball events. You will be required to attend all events with us and help us facilitate these events in person.

The ideal candidate has a degree in sports management or related field or real world sales or administrative experience. Experience with google drive/sheets, wordpress and microsoft office is a big plus.

Base Pay is 32.5k with event pay (approx. 6k) and obtainable bonus up to 5k for a total of 43.5k. You will be expected to work from our office but there may be some possibility for remote work after you have proven yourself. You will also be required to provide your own computer.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
