We’re looking for a savvy Office and Inventory Manager to be the backbone of our client’s operations.
To thrive, you should have:
- Office, warehouse, and administration experience
- Experience with administration, accounts payable and receivables, and essential account/bookkeeping experience
- Experience with corporate electronic banking systems (JP Morgan Chase, BMO) and Oracle Netsuite preferred
- Warehouse experience or exposure to inventory management systems
- Ability to travel minimally with the Houston metro area and to 3PL warehouse storage locations
Your responsibilities as the Office and Inventory Manager will include:
- Office management and administration, including external communication
- Accounts payable, receivables, and expense reporting
- Electronic banking and payment transaction processing
- Warehouse inventory administration and maintenance
- Coordinating order picking, packing, goods receiving, and dispatch
