•Performs Receptionist Duties.
•Enters area tentative schedule into ScheduleAnywhere system.
•Orders and maintains area supplies.
•Enters vehicle expense reports and supply requests into the Asset Inventory Management (AIMS) and SUNFLOWER systems.
•Reviews reports, receives subpoenas, and prioritizes external and internal mail.
•Assists the Secretary Senior in providing secretarial support to ensure efficient administrative workflow. •Notarizes documents as needed.
•Reviews, publishes, and maintains announcements for Safety in Work Zone (SWZ) and Paid Entity Agreements (PEA) assignments.
•Collects fees received from fingerprinting services.
•Performs other various duties as assigned by area supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

•Working knowledge of general office practices and procedure; of proper grammar, spelling and punction; and of basic mathematics.
•Skill in the use of computers and using Microsoft Office applications; and in operating standard office equipment such as fax and copy machines.
•Demonstrated ability to prepare routine correspondence; to make basic mathematical computations; to perform receptionist work in a professional manner; to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English; and to work independently and as a member of a team.
•Graduation from high school or equivalent.
•General office and computer/data entry experience.
•Must be qualified to serve as Notary Public.
