Job Duties

Western State Hospital is seeking a full time Office Services Specialist who will provide total program and operational support to the Public Safety Department. The Office Services Specialist will be perform all office administrative and clerical responsibilities for the Public Safety Department; key control for the hospital; maintain a database of high risk patients; issue parking permits/decals; maintain the budget for the department; and enter data into various databases.

Minimum Qualifications

- high school graduate or equivalent
- strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both orally and in writing
- work cooperatively with all employees, patients, and local law enforcement officials
- ability to perform critical thinking
- strong organizational and problem solving skills
- proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.)
