The Command Center Division Personnel & Operations section is looking for an organized, highly engaged, and customer-centric analyst to join our team.

As the Operations & Administrative Support Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in driving our department's operations forward. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading Change Management: Focus on the people aspect of change, helping employees understand, commit to, and embrace new initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations, ensuring changes are successfully sustained.
  • Project Management & Cross-Department Collaboration: Manage multiple projects, utilizing SharePoint for collaboration and workflow optimization. Work closely with various teams across the department and engage with staff at all levels while handling multiple assignments, some with tight deadlines.
  • Personnel, Procurement, and Facilities Management: Oversee personnel processes, manage procurement activities, and support facilities-related needs, ensuring all resources are aligned with operational objectives.
  • Employee Engagement Activities & Personnel Transactions Oversight: Lead initiatives that drive employee engagement and oversee the preparation and submission of personnel transaction packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • SharePoint Administration & Administrative Evaluations: Manage SharePoint sites, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Evaluate administrative functions, including digital library management, travel coordination, facilities, and equipment, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • UI Branch Liaison Support: Assist in coordination with departmental support organizations, including the Business Operations Planning and Support Division (BOPSD) and Information Technology Branch (ITB), to address facilities and IT support needs.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure the timely completion of required documentation and recommend actions that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the division's operations.

Working Conditions

Background Investigation Requirement
