SUMMARY As a Operations Assistant at BSE Global you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including working on diverse projects, performing painting and finishing work, and troubleshooting various issues that may arise. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  1. Project Work:
    • Execute various trades tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance across a range of projects.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
    • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to specification.
  2. Painting and Finishing:
    • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed.
    • Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
    • Ensure a high-quality finish by inspecting and correcting any imperfections.
  3. Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and diagnose issues related to building systems, equipment, and other components.
    • Perform repairs or adjustments as needed to resolve problems and maintain functionality.
    • Document and report on issues, solutions, and any further action required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Proven experience as a tradesman with a strong background in project work, painting, and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., trade-specific certifications) preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
