Operations Assistant

Insight Global is hiring for an Operations Assistant to join a client in South Park Township, PA. The client is a private equity firm that invests in renewable energy projects and companies. This candidate will be working under a renewable natural gas project, and will be responsible for assisting with the operations of the project to ensure safe and efficient energy production.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing work environment. You will be responsible for monitoring the plant by utilizing a dashboard to identify if the plan is indicating potential issues. You will be trained within your first week to ensure safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment. This individual will report to the Plant Project Manager and will rotate night/daytime shifts with a team of Operation Assistants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both weekdays and weekend shifts. The candidate will create their own schedule once hired on-site.

This position is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire with a chance to convert to a permeant employee. Compensation will range between $29-33/hr with OT opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in an industrial, construction, warehouse, and/or manufacturing environment
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Flexible working day and night shifts

Prior experience in Information Technology is a plus
