Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Real Estate | Planning, Design, and Construction Administrative team. Your role will involve a blend of financial oversight, calendar management, reporting, database maintenance, and coordination of personnel activities. Primary duties include:

• Manage operational budget and office financials.

• Provide calendar management and scheduling support for the Director.

• Create and prepare various departmental reports. Track and coordinate project updates.

• Update and maintain databases and reports, such as floor plans, project management databases, and department website content.

• Assist with coordinating personnel-related activities, such as new position requisitions, timesheet approvals, and parking assignments.

The full annual salary range for this position is $76,200.00/year - $158,800.00/year. Please note - the department's target pay range is $76,200.00 - $95,000.00/year.
