We are currently looking for a Full Time Operations Manager to join our Riverstar team.
Summary:
Responsibilities:
* Manages the casino assets of shift worked
- Investigates and resolves all monetary discrepancies
- Witnesses top prize pay outs when high limit pay outs occur
- Conducts departmental audits to ensure compliance regulations are followed and concerns addressed
* Assists all casino areas with daily operations as compliance regulations require
* Support and/or maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with policies, procedures and regulations
- Conducts visual audits of facility
- Communicates potential safety or facility maintenance concern to respective management team
- Responds to safety concerns using sound judgment in addressing concerns
* Remain current on all barred individuals and take appropriate action if individual is in the facility
* Completes facility operations-focused projects as directed by senior facility management
* Assists with orientation, special activities and training on specific procedures, tasks or equipment
* Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
* In a timely manner, assists in resolving customer and employee complaints not resolvable by subordinates by listening, investigating and answering questions
* Participates in job candidate interviewing and selection process
* Interviews and selects job candidates
* Conducts hire, separation, and performance reviews of subordinates
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
* Participates in performance improvement activities to measure, assess and improve the quality of assigned work area
* Performs all other duties as assigned
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made

- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
