To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central point of contact for any contractual issues.
  • Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of the client's enterprise networks and programs, monitoring and managing all aspects of the programs to ensure they meet performance metrics set by the customer.
  • Provide leadership, Project and activity planning, coordination, and day-to-day direction as needed to complete the assigned mission of the program, produce the required deliverables, and meet the relevant program milestones.
  • Manage multiple IT group/teams/managers to include network, system administration, system security, Tier1/2 Help Desk with teams ranging in size from 5-15 team members.
  • Analyze current business practices to identify areas for process improvement and create project management templates to assist in data gathering and research.
  • Provide management oversight of all other contract employees.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Work directly with the client's program manager and develop an outstanding customer relationship.
  • Assess the various groups within the branch and manage a continuous feedback loop for ongoing improvement within the organization.
  • Recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the staffing plan by performing recruiting and interviewing for new contract personnel.
  • Available after hours to assist teams with escalated production issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
  • A degree in the field of computer science or other IT related discipline is preferred.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Ten years of technical security, information technology, and managerial experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of information technology, technical security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control, and Diplomatic Security standards is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no oversight.
  • Top Secret preferred, minimum interim DoD Secret clearance to start with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret.
