As the Operations Manager, you will manage the daily operations and the safe application of the company’s advanced water treatment systems in the Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, and Other Industrial business segments and support the Energy segment. Your key activities will include but are not limited to hiring, training, and supervising field engineers and trial operators to ensure that the company maintains an expected level of professional operations and service; overseeing and participating in equipment repair and maintenance; helping to manage the quality assurance/quality control team in conjunction with the HSEQ VP; supporting client relationship development in conjunction with the P&P, F&B and OI sales teams; organizing logistics; and, ensuring effective communication between the company’s and on-site customers’ personnel.

To thrive, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a BS/BA or technical degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and chemical treatment programs.
  • Proven experience supervising a team of personnel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work independently in various conditions.


Your responsibilities as the Support Teams’ Operations Manager will include:
  • Adhere to and oversee the implementation of safety protocols and best practices.
  • Facilitate training programs and support for field engineers and trial operators.
  • Evaluate and enhance field engineer and trial operator competency for customer service.
  • Plan and supervise mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
  • Coordinate communication and operations between field teams, logistics personnel, and management.
