SUMMARY:
The Operations & Service Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and have the general responsibility of monitoring and controlling operational processes critical to the successful support of our client base, field service team, and internal administrative requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative control and integrity of all service scheduling, planning, and coordination activity for the Equipment Services division.
• Maintain the accuracy and efficacy of the divisions current scheduling and tracking database, including accurate data entry, report and query generation, and timely flow control of work orders.
• Organize and maintain completed service records including data forms, certificates, and other reports for all client services. Provide identical support functions for internal activity in support of the division's calibration laboratory.
• Manage and maintain the divisions purchasing activity. This may include direct order of materials, scheduling of external vendors, preparation and submittal of invoices to the corporate accounts payable team, and accuracy of the Purchasing Log and other tools used to manage and track materials and costs.
• Perform weekly reconciliation and submittal of weekly payroll rosters and reports for the divisions field services team.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Director and Management Team as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associate or certificate program completion for business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Superior customer relations and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate via telephone and email.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Highly effective administrative skills; organization and time management.
• Extensive PC skills, including MS Office and Database applications.
• Accounting experience preferred: accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing.
• Technical service background is a plus.
