We are hiring an Operations Supervisor!

We are looking for associates and Leaders who are passionate about serving others! Working at the front desk and in our lobby restaurant means you are at the hub of the hotel and have the most interaction with our guests. As the operations supervisor you are the one that brings this group to a cohesive team focused on providing our guests excellent service while maintaining all brand standards and Concord standards. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive, and caring will make all the difference. We are looking for someone with a restaurant background and strong interpersonal skills, that is eager to learn and take the next step in their Hospitality career. Responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner and coach and train others to do the same.

Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.

Take reservation requests efficiently and train others to do the same.

Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette and coach others to do the same.

Supervise, guide and train restaurant staff.

Supervise and monitor banquet events and functions.

Be the support system for our staff during peak volume check ins and high volume breakfasts, dinners and banquets.

Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.

Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.

Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.

Pay rate: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
