Job Summary:
The Operations Support provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient workflows within the organization. This role involves processing documents, assisting client service associates, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Processing:
    • Process incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles.
    • Check inbound client documents for accuracy and notate all account activities.
  • Client Support:
    • Support client service associates and operational personnel in their daily tasks.
    • Make outbound contact with clients, both in writing and verbally, regarding paperwork and account inquiries.
  • Account Management:
    • Submit accurate forms for final processing to the service center.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and document submissions.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience:
    • Familiarity with the financial services field is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Word) and database input.
    • Ability to define and prioritize project activities, with follow-up on project progress.
    • Must be able to learn quickly and manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong flexibility in handling assigned duties and challenges.
