- Department: Telecommunications
- Schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm, Rotating days,
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- Receive and relay internal and external calls and provide general information according to protocol.
- Maintain desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials.
- Operate beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team.
- Communicates codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service experience
