The Leidos CIO Services Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is seeking an OCM Analyst. The OCM Team plays a vital role in driving successful transitions by planning, developing, executing, and leading the implementation of training and change management programs for various IT and cybersecurity projects to Leidos' 50,000+ employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Analysis: Identify and analyze potential change impacts to people, processes, and technology.
  • Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct assessments to evaluate the organization's readiness for change. Identify gaps and areas of improvement to implement change initiatives.
  • Change Management Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including executives, leaders, and employees, to build awareness, understanding, and support for the proposed changes. Develop effective strategies to address resistance and mitigate risks.
  • Communication and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to ensure consistent and timely dissemination of information. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training that build employees' knowledge and capabilities.
  • Change Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of change initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture and Adoption: Foster a positive and supportive culture of change within the organization. Identify opportunities to reinforce desired behaviors, encourage employee engagement, and promote the adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Collect Data: Collect and analyze data to measure success and make recommendations and adjustments to enhance outcomes. Stay updated on change management industry trends and emerging practices.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, human resources, communications or a related field, and 4+ years' related OCM experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity terms, concepts and technology. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to influence stakeholders. A keen eye for details and a strong aptitude and interest in writing, making highly-technical concepts easy to understand for users at all levels, and following established style guides and processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify patterns, and develop appropriate strategies.
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess or be willing to obtain change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
