Job Summary
Ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage of the change solution. Handle various change management activities, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Support and implement change execution strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize risk to implementation. Drive faster adoption through diverse change tactics to achieve higher utilization of changed processes and procedures that impact employees in the County. Support project teams in integrating change execution activities into their project plans.
Minimum Qualifications
*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
*Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higherand
- Two (2) years of process improvements, conducting and verifying post implementation reviews, or investigating issues arising out of change implementation or directly related experience is required or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required .

- Skill in using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new essential software
through training. - Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with peers, the public, subordinates, and supervisors.
- Skill in project coordination, organization, and work planning.
- Ability to write reports, document processes, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while effectively utilizing budgeted funds, staff, equipment, materials, facilities, and time.
- Ability to provide moderate-level insight, advice and expertise to other professionals, management, and external contacts in an assigned functional area.
- Ability to operate as a team player and communicate specialized knowledge team members, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of moderately complex principles and practices for a specialized area of focus.
